We know that you have a busy schedule and that last-minute conflicts come up.

We do everything we can to accommodate your schedule.  Please help us to provide better service for you and our other clients by honoring our cancellation policy.

We have a two-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least two hours notice, or a payment in the amount of half the price of the massage will be required before you may schedule your next appointment.

* In case of emergency, please let us know as soon as possible, and an exception to this policy may be made.
